Child Find

Valley Union High School District is committed to the ongoing process of locating, identifying, and evaluating all children with disabilities – ages birth through 21 – who reside within the district’s boundaries and who may need special education or related services.

This includes:

• Students attending Valley Union High School,
• Children who are homeschooled, and
• Students attending private schools within district boundaries.

If you suspect a child may have a disability that affects their learning, development, or behavior, please contact the Valley Union High School Office for more information about Child Find procedures and how to make a referral.
