A new school year will begin in just a short time, and Mrs. Wolfe and I are excited about the new changes and challenges that we will face this year. We are looking forward to another great year full of great music and we hope you are too. 

Our goals for this year are to continue on from last year with some minor changes. We will seek to keep many of the same events on the calendar including Valley Night Live, which will be in March 31 through April 2nd. We will be working with the students to strengthen their singing skills and encourage participation in competition events.

We look forward to working with your young musicians and you during the school year. Right now we are in the process of planning this year’s events and would like your help in the process. This year’s Valley Night Live theme is between Old TV Shows or Jungle. By the end of the first week of school we will have our final decision. 

Again, we thank you in advance for your support. Continued help and support this year will be essential to the success of this program. Choir will be 1^st hour and start August 9, 2010. On the first day your son/daughter will be receiving a syllabus, music handbook, and calendar of all the musical events this year. Please take the time to read through these items since they contain a lot of crucial information and dates. The first parents meeting will be August 23, 2010 at 7pm.
